Two doctoral students, Adrian Nur and Nazriati, just came back from Japan to do sandwich-like program to Japan for three months under the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE), the Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia scholarship. The program started from October to December 2012.
Adrian Nur went to Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Wuled Lenggoro. He carried out research on electrochemical synthesis of hydroxyapatite as bone and dental implant material. Nazriati went to Hiroshima University under the supervision of Prof. Kikuo Okuyama. She worked on the preparation of carbon material as catalyst for PEM fuel cell.
